How do you help the unfortunate get back on track? The first task is to build trust. That means engaging with them without prejudice. The second is to build confidence, and what better way than to help them experience something they have made or contributed to society. Something people will respect them for and give them recognition.

Creative Stimulation

House of Hope Box Craft is a RandomArt initiative that introduces homeless people to the world of creativity. A world that teaches them to think differently, to think freely and to help society and themselves in so many ways. House of Hope Box Craft serves a dual purpose. It gets cardboard off the streets and makes practical use of it, and it gives purpose to those that have the time to create something that the world needs – some creative colour in their lives.

Join us as we create a world of cardboard art. Donate your time, stretch your creativity, become a part of the lives of others. Design, paint, cut, glue, or varnish. The sky is the limit. Create gifts, sculpture, useful artifacts, or paintings, wherever your imagination may take you.
